International Shipping:

We currently ship to the all 50 US States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. We hope to add more locations soon! 

Estimated Shipping Times:

Canada: 3 - 21 days depending on your shipping preference

United Kingdom: 3 - 21 days depending on your shipping preference

Please be aware that if you are international, you could experience duties/taxes/tariffs upon receiving your package. Unfortunately, we have no way of avoiding these fees and no way of knowing how much these fees may be. Fees vary by order value, items purchased, and location. GHPC is not responsible for any of these potential fees.

 

Why are there two shipping options for stickers?

We offer both tracked and untracked shipping for our stickers! If you chose standard shipping, your sticker order will be sent with a stamp and will not include a tracking number. If you chose first class package, you will have to pay for shipping and your sticker order will include a tracking number. You can chose either option you would like! 

 

When will my order ship?

We try our very best to process and ship your order within 3-5 business days of your purchase! You will receive an email with your tracking information once you order has shipped. Please wait at least 24 hours for the tracking to update. Once we ship your order we cannot control how soon it may arrive. Keep in mind USPS is still experiencing some delays due to COVID.

 

Can I cancel, change, or return my order?

Because we have a very limited inventory, we are unable to allow your orders to be canceled, changed, or returned. Please make sure you understand this before placing an order. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, but hope you understand!

 

My order has been lost/stolen or my tracking has stopped updating. What should I do?

Once your order has been shipped, we are no longer responsible or able to help if you have issues with your package. Please reach out to your local USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc. for information about your package.

 

What should I do if the item(s) I ordered arrive damaged?

If an item happens to arrive damaged, please do not hesitate to email us @ goldenhourpressco@gmail.com. Please provide a description and photos of the damaged item within 3 days of delivery. We will then evaluate the situation and decide how to proceed!

 

The item I wanted has sold out. Are you restocking?

We cannot guarantee the item you are wanting will be restocked because we are always changing and adding new products/designs. This means if you see something you want, you better grab it while you can!
